R3 Continuum is seeking a Market Development Director to lead the growth of its Proactive Intervention solution across workers’ compensation, auto, casualty, disability, and related segments. The role focuses on educating the market, building executive relationships, and establishing a scalable growth engine.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, risk management, insurance, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 10 years in B2B consultative sales, partnerships, channel development, or market development.
• Proven success creating demand, opening new markets, securing executive sponsorship.
• Experience with claims economics, lost-time claims, return-to-work, and risk workflows.
• Experience selling to complex risk-bearing employers in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or healthcare operations preferred.

• Lead acquisition and expansion of Proactive Intervention clients and channel partners.
• Create demand for Proactive Intervention to improve recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
• Build repeatable go-to-market motions across priority segments and channels.
