Job summary

Pro Recovery Solutions, LLC & Companies seeks a strategic, hands-on Director of Business Development to lead growth in behavioral healthcare across South Jersey, including census growth, referral partnerships, and community outreach. This senior leader will oversee Call Center, Marketing, and residential facility operations while aligning clinical and admissions teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• At least five years in healthcare business development, administration, marketing, admissions, or sales, with leadership experience.
• Experience in outpatient substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment settings preferred.
• Track record of census growth, referral pipelines, partnerships, and measurable goals.
• Leadership of teams across marketing, admissions, or call center; strong analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans to increase referrals, admissions, program utilization, census, and market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, social workers, and referral partners.
• Maintain field presence through meetings, networking events, and community outreach.
• Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, new programs, and service-line expansion.
• Lead Call Center, admissions, marketing, and outreach efforts with clear performance expectations.
