Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Maritime Business Development to shape new maritime concepts and business lines. This role involves collaborating with engineering and leadership to define customer strategies and lead efforts turning concepts into successful programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defense business development, particularly within the U.S. Navy, and will be excited about tackling greenfield challenges with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Proven development and growth leader with experience in commercial or DoD Capture and Sales.
• Demonstrated knowledge of defense acquisition and zero-to-one program growth.
• Excellent communication skills with experience briefing high-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Originate and shape business opportunities for the Maritime Division.
• Build and execute a data-driven strategy to capture new growth opportunities.
• Lead the design and prototyping of new commercial and defense products.
• Represent Anduril to clients and shape the market narrative.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product roadmaps.
