- Direct experience with FMS and DCS transactions and navigating ITAR/EAR licensing.

Responsibilities
- Engage at the technical and operational level with partner navies.
- Generate and capture business opportunities for Undersea Dominance.
- Develop capture strategies to align with customer investment strategies.
- Grow existing business with current clients and explore new opportunities.
- Communicate company value to clients and stakeholders.
- Inform Dive‑XL product development and program transition.
