Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Director of Front Office to lead all front-of-house operations and uphold luxury brand standards. This role reports to Hotel Manager and drives guest satisfaction, occupancy, and profitability through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee budgeting, staff development, VIP services, and the seamless guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring privacy and personalized service while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations or Rooms Division.
• Proven ability to achieve and sustain high GSS results.
• Advanced working knowledge of Opera PMS and guest feedback platforms.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations to deliver luxury guest experiences.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, payroll coordination, and financial controls.
• Drive occupancy strategy and premium revenue opportunities while protecting the luxury brand.
• Manage vendor contracts and cross-functional relationships with Sales, Revenue, and F&B.
• Coach, develop, and retain front office leaders and associates.
