QXO in Coppell, TX seeks a Director of Learning & Talent Development – Operational Excellence to lead the enterprise-wide portfolio of learning initiatives, ensuring scalable, budget-aligned solutions that drive organizational performance across functional areas.

You will partner with senior leaders, set standards, govern processes, and drive measurement, technology, and continuous improvement across instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced programs.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in Learning & Talent Development, incl. 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning portfolios and managing budgets, vendors, and priorities.
• Expertise in instructional design, adult learning, curriculum development, and blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Learning & Talent Development operating model and portfolio governance.
• Set enterprise standards, processes, and quality expectations across learning solutions.
• Balance strategic priorities with capacity and resources for high-value projects.
• Serve as senior learning consultant for strategy, design, and implementation.
• Lead development and delivery operations across instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced formats.
• Direct deployments with communications, logistics, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive end-to-end learning lifecycle, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Establish measurement frameworks using data to improve outcomes and executive visibility.
• Lead evaluation and optimization of learning technologies to scale and improve learner experience.
• Foster a high-performing LTD team and a culture of accountability and innovation.
