Job summary

Dominium seeks a Director of Learning & Performance for the Dallas Regional Office to lead enterprise learning strategy for Property Operations and to develop leadership programs that drive organizational readiness and performance.

You will collaborate with Operations Projects, HR, IT, and business leaders to strengthen workforce capabilities and enhance the resident and employee experience through effective learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, or related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise learning, organizational development, or operations training.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations, preferably in property management or related industry.
• Experience leading organizational change and technology implementations.
• Proficiency with LMS, e-learning software, and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the long-term learning and capability strategy for Property Operations.
• Leads leadership development programs for Community and Regional Managers and emerging leaders.
• Oversees organizational readiness, adoption strategies, and change initiatives.
• Integrates learning into project planning with Operations Projects and IT.
• Measures impact of learning initiatives on performance and resident experience.
