Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an on-site Director of Learning & Organizational Development to lead enterprise learning, leadership development, organizational development, and Team Member Experience strategy for its luxury hospitality portfolio.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, design and deliver learning content, and drive performance management and analytics across properties nationwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development experience, including enterprise programs.
• Strong ability to design, develop and facilitate learning for multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience leading leadership development, high-potential programs and succession planning.
• Experience managing organizational change initiatives, learning strategy and program measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise Learning & Organizational Development strategy aligned with culture and priorities.
• Build scalable learning frameworks and partner with leaders to close capability gaps.
• Design, develop and facilitate instructor-led, virtual and digital learning experiences.
• Lead leadership summits, executive development and high-potential programs.
• Oversee performance management, Workday analytics and people data to inform decisions.
• Manage budgets, external partners and organizational development resources.
