Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience leading enterprise learning, organizational development, leadership development, or operations training.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations, preferably within property management, multifamily housing, or a related industry.
• Experience leading organizational change, technology implementation, and operational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the long-term learning and capability strategy for Property Operations in alignment with organizational priorities, business growth, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluates workforce capability needs and establishes learning roadmaps, competency-based development paths, and succession strategies that prepare employees and leaders for continued growth.
• Designs and oversees leadership development programs for Community Managers, Regional Managers, Maintenance leaders, and emerging leaders.
• Leads organizational readiness and adoption strategies for operational initiatives, technology implementations, acquisitions, centralized services, policy changes, process improvements, and digital transformation efforts.
