Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Learning and Organizational Development to own the Capability & Development Framework, aligning programs with business priorities and embedding a culture of continuous learning across the enterprise.

The role partners with the Senior Leadership Team, SMEs, and Colleague Experience Business Partners to design scalable, measurable, and impactful programs that accelerate capability development and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree and/or L&D/OD certification preferred (e.g., ATD CPTD, SHRM).
• Experience designing, launching, and scaling enterprise learning programs and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Own the Capability & Development Framework (excluding compliance training).
• Define learning strategy, governance, and operating cadence; manage budget and vendor relationships.
• Establish metrics and dashboards for participation, completion, capability growth, and business impact.
• Lead learning team and SME network, building scalable instructional-design and facilitation capability.
