Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, or related field required; master's preferred.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise learning programs.
• Pharma or life sciences experience is a plus; multinational exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership-development and succession programs to build internal talent pipelines.
• Define learning strategy and governance for the Capability & Development Framework.
• Oversee IDP processes, development pathways, and mentorship initiatives.
• Manage budgets, external vendors, and learning technology partnerships.
• Establish metrics and dashboards measuring participation, completion, and impact.
• Lead the learning team and SME network to scale instructional design and facilitation.
