Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior leader to own the enterprise learning strategy for Leadership Development, establishing global curricula, and role-based learning experiences across emerging and senior leaders.

You will partner with Medical, Market Access, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to translate frameworks into practical programs, measure impact, and drive organizational readiness. This role requires extensive experience in L&D within highly regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 10 years of industry experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, HR, or relevant field, preferably in specialty pharmaceuticals/biotech.
• 2+ years of experience in training with distance learning methodologies.
• Leadership experience in developing skills models and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working in a product operating model.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise learning strategy for Leadership Development with global curricula and role-based learning experiences.
• Lead the creation and implementation of cohesive skills models for sales, medical, and market access roles.
• Advise leadership on priorities, gaps, and organizational readiness.
• Design and scale role-based capability programs focusing on coaching, decision-making, and change management.
• Drive learning impact through integrated learning, change management, and capability-building strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop learning solutions.
• Develop programs enabling leaders to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
• Present insights and readiness assessments to executive leadership.
• Establish measurement frameworks to assess learning effectiveness and organizational impact.
