Job summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Management System & Operational Discipline

• Own the curriculum and certification for Azurity's management system, including goal alignment (True North and cascading objectives), the performance-management cadence, Roles & Responsibilities deployment, and KPI-driven execution.
• Embed structured, root-cause problem-solving as the enterprise standard for decision‑making and exception handling, supported by coursework, exemplars, and coaching with subject-matter experts.

Azurity-Specific Training

• Design and maintain the structured onboarding program (first 90 days) and annual certification on Azurity's strategy, portfolio, pipeline, and operating model.
• Curate SME-delivered content spanning the product portfolio, go-to-market model, and key functional topics, scaled through Lunch & Learns, podcasts, and cross‑functional immersion.

Leadership & Employee Development

• Lead leadership‑development and succession programs that build a strong internal talent pipeline across critical roles.
• Administer the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process, curated development pathways, mentorship, and LinkedIn Learning allocation in partnership with managers and Colleague Experience Business Partners.
• Steward company‑sponsored external development and certification opportunities for engaged, high‑performing colleagues.

Business Acumen & Critical Thinking

• Develop enterprise thinkers through case‑based learning on real Azurity scenarios, covering financial literacy, value creation in pharma, and decision‑making under uncertainty.
• Build practical thinking frameworks and hypothesis‑driven approaches to problem solving, reinforced through leadership‑led sessions and post‑decision reviews.

Strategy, Measurement & Team Leadership

• Define the learning strategy, governance, and operating cadence for the Capability & Development Framework (excluding compliance training), and manage the associated budget and external vendor relationships.
• Establish metrics and dashboards for participation, completion, capability growth, and business impact, reporting outcomes regularly to HR and business leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop the learning team and SME network, building scalable instructional‑design and facilitation capability.
