Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Learning and Organizational Development to design and deliver scalable programs across the colleague lifecycle. You will align strategy with business priorities, lead the learning team, and manage budgets and external vendors.

Responsibilities include onboarding, leadership development, IDP administration, and building a culture of continuous learning with enterprise thinking. Experience in pharma or life sciences is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree and/or L&D/OD certification preferred.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Define learning strategy, governance, and budget for Capability & Development Framework.
• Lead LMS and vendor relationships; measure progress with dashboards.
• Develop leadership-development and succession programs enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and SMEs to align programs with priorities.
