Job summary
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
12+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Talent Development, Commercial Excellence, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, strategic initiatives, budgets, and organizational development programs.
Experience leading a learning, capability-building, sales enablement, or talent-development function with strategy, execution, governance, and measurable outcomes.
Experience developing and implementing commercial learning strategies, onboarding programs, sales capability initiatives, and structured learning pathways.
Responsibilities
Lead the Commercial Learning & Development function, establishing strategy, governance, priorities, capability roadmap, and operating model.
Develop scalable learning solutions across the teame lifecycle (onboarding, sales, leadership, continuous learning).
Assess capability needs and partner with leaders to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
Coach the team and contribute to key initiatives, program design, and capability-building in a build-and-scale environment.
Oversee design, delivery, and improvement of learning programs, pathways, onboarding, certification, and leadership initiatives.
Establish governance, standards, measurement frameworks, and operating practices for consistency and impact.
Manage portfolio, budget, vendor relationships, technologies, and investments.
Use analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and guide investments.
Advise leaders on workforce capability, strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Drive adoption of learning initiatives and foster a culture of development.
