Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to drive the company-wide strategy, governance, and program design. You will partner with Talent Management to identify capability gaps and lead leadership development across sites.

You will design practical learning experiences, establish standards, and measure impact to continuously improve performance and engagement. This role reports to executive leadership and shapes learning at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Learning & Development strategy.
• Ability to partner with leaders to identify capability gaps.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with goals.
• Partner with Talent Management to identify capability gaps and leadership development needs.
• Design and deliver practical learning experiences and programs.
• Facilitate company-wide development programs and scalable learning solutions.
• Establish governance, standards, and processes for consistency and sustainability.
• Measure learning effectiveness with meaningful metrics and outcomes.
• Lead evolution of the learning ecosystem including AI-enabled tools.
