You will partner with Talent Management and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and drive workforce readiness, designing practical learning experiences that improve coaching, accountability, and leadership capability. You will facilitate company-wide development programs, establish governance, and measure learning

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company-wide L&D strategy.
