Blum Construction is seeking a Director of Training and Development to partner with leaders to identify performance needs and deliver practical learning solutions across professional, technical, onboarding, and HPT programs. This role collaborates with project teams and executives to improve on-the-job performance and business results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, HR, business, construction management, or a related field.
• Five or more years in training, learning and development, or organizational development.
• Construction or project-based industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; working knowledge of Procore and Outbuild or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills; able to manage multiple priorities and programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead needs assessments and learning strategy with business leaders.
• Design, develop, and deliver practical learning experiences in person and virtually.
• Develop professional skills programs (communication, collaboration, leadership).
• Coordinate technical and systems training with IT and operations.
• Enhance onboarding and HPT facilitation across regions.
• Measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
