Job summary

DealerOn, Inc. is seeking a Director of Training & Development to lead the employee knowledge and skills program across the organization.

You will partner with senior leaders to craft and execute strategies that boost product proficiency, customer effectiveness, and retention, while driving efficiency and a learning culture. The role leads a training team, mentors staff, and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to formalize standards and processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in technical training or automotive industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to design and execute enterprise training programs.
• Experience with LMS platforms and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training team and set goals aligned with company strategy.
• Govern Salesforce Knowledge base content, cadence, and retirement.
• Define metrics linking training to business results and report on OKRs/KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to create certification paths and career growth.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and training materials across departments.
