Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to design, scale, and optimize all learning programs across the organization, from onboarding to executive development and compliance training. This role ensures teams are equipped to perform and deliver exceptional member experiences.

The Director will drive learning strategy, elevate leadership capabilities, and build scalable programs supporting operational excellence across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Learning & Development at a Manager/Director level or higher.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing field-based and administrative teams.
• Experience with governance and administrative standards.
• Experience leading learning functions through acquisitions, transformations, and rapid expansion.
• Knowledge of LMS and digital learning platforms, adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage field-based and administrative support teams with strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
• Develop and execute the organization's enterprise Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and oversee leadership development programs for frontline leaders, managers, and HQ teams.
• Support organizational change initiatives, acquisitions, and transformations through learning strategies.
• Drive training completion rates toward 100% within deadlines.
• Ensure training aligns with multi-state employment laws, compliance, and regulatory standards.
