Cushman & Wakefield in the United States seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a large recruiting organization supporting a key client account. This leader owns end-to-end hiring strategy, delivery and performance for high-volume, fast-moving roles across hourly, skilled technical and site leadership positions on a national footprint.

The Director will run a disciplined weekly operating rhythm, build a bench of strong managers, and partner with client operations and account leadership.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years leading managers/teams
• Experience in high-volume, multi-site hiring (operations, logistics, manufacturing)
• Experience with new site launches or rapid workforce ramps
• Strong TA budget ownership, forecasting and business-case building
• Data-driven with funnel analytics, forecasting and exec reporting
• Excellent communication with senior client/operations executives
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Own the account-level TA strategy, staffing plan and hiring forecast
• Deliver against staffing, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, quality-of-hire and attrition targets
• Drive workforce planning and pipeline-building to shorten vacancy days
• Lead hiring programs from design through scale with data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with client operations and account leadership
• Manage TA budget, tools, events, travel and incentives
• Ensure compliant, scalable recruitment processes and reporting
