Job summary

Towne Park LLC is expanding its Talent Acquisition leadership team in the United States. This role leads a team of Hourly Recruiters, aligning workforce planning with regional hiring needs and building strong partnerships with senior leaders across markets.

The position oversees end-to-end recruitment, community outreach, employer branding, and analytics to meet quality, time-to-fill, and cost targets, with a focus on multi-site service industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years full-cycle recruiting, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or multi-site service industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists with clear goals.
• Translate long-range workforce needs into proactive recruitment strategy.
• Own end-to-end recruitment operations for multiple markets to hit time-to-fill and cost targets.
• Guide local market outreach with schools, community organizations and workforce agencies.
• Champion Towne’s employer brand and staffing marketing at events and career fairs.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and report trends to leadership for strategy refinement.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and Legal to ensure compliant recruiting practices.
