Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, Hourly to lead our hourly recruiter team and translate strategic workforce planning into action across every market we serve. This role coaches and develops a team of Hourly Recruiters, partners with hiring managers, and ensures a strong talent pipeline to support growth and Towne’s WOW moments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Hourly Recruiters across markets.
• Partner with senior hiring managers to translate long-range workforce needs into proactive recruitment strategy.
• Own end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring quality, time-to-fill and cost targets.
• Guide local talent pipeline efforts with community organizations and schools.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and report trends to leadership to refine strategy.
