Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Director, Leadership & Learning Innovation to act as a strategic partner for HR and business leaders. You will lead facilitators and instructional designers to create scalable leadership, capability, and technology transformation learning experiences that go beyond PowerPoint training.

You will integrate learning with business and talent strategies, drive skills-based development, and build academy-style programs while measuring impact beyond completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Education, HR, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in corporate or enterprise learning and development, with leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with leaders to design solutions that drive capability growth and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with learning technologies, digital tools, AI-enabled solutions, and blended learning models.
• Proven ability to design innovative learning experiences beyond traditional training.
• Experience aligning skills frameworks to talent management and workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify capability needs and co-create learning solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Lead a team of facilitators, instructional designers, and learning consultants to ensure high-quality design and program execution.
• Design and evaluate leadership and technology transformation learning experiences that promote real-world application.
