Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Director of Leadership & Learning Innovation to partner with HR and business leaders, shaping capability and technology transformation learning experiences, and to build scalable programs beyond traditional trainings.

The role leads a team of facilitators and instructional designers, embedding learning in the flow of work and measuring impact to drive career mobility and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with business leaders to design capability-building solutions.
• Experience with learning technologies and blended learning models.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify capability needs and performance barriers, co-creating learning solutions.
• Position the L&D function as a consultative partner — and embed learning in the business agenda with leader support.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of facilitators, instructional designers, and learning consultants to ensure high-quality design and execution.
• Design, implement, and evaluate leadership, professional development, coaching, and technology transformation learning experiences.
• Develop metrics on learning effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
