Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Engineering; MBA/MS a plus.
- 10+ years IT leadership covering infrastructure, security, and ERP.
- ERP experience in manufacturing (Aptean Axis, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience in multi-site, multi-national manufacturing settings.
- Experience with analytics tools (QlikView/Power BI/Tableau) and planning tools (Jedox).
- MS 365 administration at scale; SOX/audit IT controls experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategy, roadmaps, and security priorities.
- Establish policies for security, DR/BC, procurement, and governance.
- Lead IT team, set goals, and manage performance and succession.
- Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
- Manage infrastructure, cloud, networks, endpoints, and ERP systems.
- Drive ERP modernization, integrations, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain an information security program and incident response plan.
- Coordinate security assessments, penetration testing, and remediation.
- Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions and organizational changes.
- Partner with leaders to drive process improvements and AI governance.
