Job summary

Falcon’s Beyond Global is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead enterprise technology operations across Falcon’s Beyond Global and affiliated entities.

This role serves as a strategic partner to the CTO and executive leadership, overseeing IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, budgets, vendors, service delivery, and technology roadmaps that support Falcon’s corporate, creative, engineering, manufacturing, technical, production, and attraction systems teams.

Qualifications

• Progressive information technology leadership experience managing enterprise IT operations across multi-site or hybrid environments.
• Experience leading enterprise technology budgets exceeding $1M annually and coordinating staff, contractors, vendors, or MSPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure/cloud technologies, Active Directory/Entra ID, enterprise networking, security platforms, virtualization, storage, backups, and OS environments (Windows/macOS/Linux).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Direct cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response planning, and security awareness initiatives.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure/cloud services, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, firewalls, virtualization, storage, backups, and DR/BCP.
• Support production, engineering, manufacturing, and attraction tech environments (CAD/PDM, render/GPU, asset management, source control).
• Lead and develop IT staff, contractors, vendors, and MSPs while driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital technology budgets, licensing, vendor negotiations, renewals, SLAs, and cost optimization.
• Direct concurrent technology projects, evaluation, planning, governance, risk reporting, and executive updates.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Production, Creative Services, Engineering, and Leadership to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions.
