Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering; MBA/MS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategy, roadmap, cybersecurity priorities, and tactical initiatives.
- Lead IT team, establish goals, performance expectations, and succession planning.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party resources.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications.
- Support ERP modernization, upgrades, integrations, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain an information security program and incident response plan.
- Coordinate security assessments, penetration testing, and remediation.
