Job summary

Fidelity Charitable seeks a Director, Architect to provide technical vision and leadership across multi‑year security programs. You will shape architecture, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and drive enterprise security standards while guiding senior leadership on roadmaps and strategic security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Security architecture focus with experience across SOA, microservices, event-driven and serverless patterns.
• Experience with identity management, SSO, federation, and modern IAM security controls.
• Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and drive adoption of enterprise security standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive security architecture across multi‑year programs to enable new business capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure security is embedded in the software lifecycle.
• Produce blueprints, frameworks, and migration plans to enhance security posture.
