Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. seeks a Director of Information Technology to drive the technology roadmap, lead a hands-on IT team, and align IT with business goals. You’ll partner with executives, manage budgets, and govern security across sites.

You will stay involved in critical technical decisions, while guiding architecture, projects, and vendor relationships. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information technology with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
• Experience leading cybersecurity strategy, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Experience evaluating AI tools and governance is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and key IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct IT leadership, mentor staff, set priorities and goals.
• Partner with executives to build a multi‑year technology roadmap.
• Lead AI adoption strategy and governance across the organization.
• Own cybersecurity strategy including policy, incident response, and DR/BCP.
• Oversee enterprise systems, network, cloud, and data platforms across locations.
