Job summary

Falcon’s Beyond Global, Inc. seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead enterprise technology operations across Falcon’s Beyond Global and affiliated entities in Orlando.

This role partners with the CTO and executive leadership to drive IT strategy, governance, and roadmaps that enable corporate, creative, engineering, manufacturing, and production teams. You will oversee cybersecurity, cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, budgeting, vendor management, and cross‑functional projects while

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent professional experience with strong leadership in enterprise IT.
• Experience managing enterprise IT budgets and multi-site or hybrid workforces.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AD/Entra ID, networking, security platforms, and cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and incident response planning.
• Manage IT staff, contractors, vendors, and managed service providers; drive budget planning and cost optimization.
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable technology solutions across multiple divisions.
