Responsibilities

• Leads IT operations implementations, standardizations, optimization and support with IT teams.
• Directly supervises Information Technology managers.
• Provides guidance on application and technology utilization to ensure standards are maintained.
• Communicates with stakeholders on capabilities, status updates and issue resolution.
• Recruits, hires, evaluates, develops and terminates IT staff as needed.
• Manages the department budget with forecasting and control.
• Promotes widespread adoption of business applications and technology.
• Shares IT operations knowledge across entities.

Education
