Job summary

Strivant Health is seeking a Director of Technology Operations to lead enterprise tech services and information security. The role requires strategic leadership, HIPAA/HITECH expertise, and experience managing hybrid infrastructures across multiple sites, with a preference for some onsite presence in Tinley Park, IL, but remote eligibility for qualified candidates.

• Strong governance, security, and risk management capabilities.
• Proven ability to align technology investments with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategically design, implement, and support Strivant Health’s technology infrastructure.
• Serve as primary escalation point for technology issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions for operations and growth.
• Oversee network design, infrastructure, virtual desktops, and end-user tech across sites.
• Guide help desk strategy, SLAs, KPIs, and vendor partnerships.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise information security and risk program, including DR/BC planning.
• Ensure HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Lead AI and automation projects as technology lead for multiple initiatives.
• Assess security risks and implement mitigations; update security policies and training.
• Align technology investments with strategic business priorities.
