You will lead IT Operations, manage budgets, drive service improvements, and collaborate with Security and Innovation to balance risk, resilience, and modernization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure architecture or engineering.
• 10+ years in IT Operations leadership with managing managers.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear operational roadmaps.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience with multi-office hybrid IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner translating priorities into clear operational roadmaps.
• Define service standards and governance to reduce friction across the firm.
• Lead and coach IT Operations teams, developing talent and a one-team culture.
• Oversee service management including incident, problem, change, and metrics.
• Ensure availability and scalability of cloud/infrastructure across offices.
