Job summary

People's Credit Union seeks an experienced IT Operations leader to direct day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, endpoint management, and cloud services for its Rhode Island environment. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years in enterprise IT environments.
Experience leading IT operations, service desk, and infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, IAM, and security governance.

Responsibilities

Directs IT Operations including service desk, infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud services, and OT support.
Manages end-user training and onboarding for approved tech platforms.
Oversees change management, asset lifecycle, and incident response.
Collaborates with Information Security & Technology Governance on policies and risk.
