Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in tech leadership and 5+ years managing infrastructure teams, with strong communication and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years managing infrastructure teams.
• 7+ years' experience in progressively responsible technology leadership roles.
• Ability to effectively manage a team across multiple IT areas.
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the leadership team and mentor talent for technology management and execution.
• Support Network Operations, Telecomm, Service desk, and Server management.
• Analyze current tech environment and recommend improvements.
• Establish infrastructure operational plans to meet department goals.
• Maintain uptime and security across on-premise and cloud workloads.
• Collaborate with Information Security to ensure compliant IT activities.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Design network infrastructure and ensure adequate computing resources.
• Budget development and controls for IT department.
• Ensure access control and security of IT systems.
