Job summary

Rize Credit Union seeks a Director of Infrastructure & Security Operations to lead the teams responsible for reliable, secure, and scalable technology. You will partner with the CISO, technology leadership, and business units to strengthen resilience and operational maturity.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and hands-on guidance in an increasingly regulated financial environment, with a hybrid work model and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across infrastructure, systems, networking, cloud, endpoint, identity, or security operations.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex, business-critical environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Intune, Windows infra, networking, firewalls, VPN, cloud backups, and DR.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability, performance, and lifecycle of infrastructure and services.
• Oversee networks, branch connectivity, firewalls, VPN, servers, virtualization, storage, and cloud infra.
• Establish standards, workflows, docs, and metrics to improve reliability and service quality.
• Coordinate incident response with CISO, vendors, and business partners.
• Manage governance, audits, risk, and vendor performance.
