Job summary
Innovative Skincare, the home of iS CLINICAL cosmeceuticals, seeks a Director of Information Technology to set strategic tech vision and lead hands-on execution. You will drive ERP/WMS programs, manage a diverse IT team, and ensure secure, scalable systems across cloud and on‑prem environments.
Role reports to executive leadership and is fully on‑site at Mesa, AZ. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT and strong ecommerce integration experience with Shopify/Magento.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience leading enterprise technology stack architecture.
- ERP/WMS implementations or upgrades experience.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms integration (Shopify/Magento).
Responsibilities
- Lead architect for the technology stack across cloud, on‑prem, and SaaS.
- Drive ERP and WMS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Manage Microsoft 365 and migrate to cloud solutions.
- Oversee security, data integrity, and disaster recovery planning.
- Oversee ecommerce platform integrations with ERP and order systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary IT team.
