Job summary

Innovative Skincare seeks a Director of Information Technology to act as strategic architect and hands-on leader. You will define the technology vision and roadmap, lead ERP/WMS programs, and mentor a diverse IT team across cloud, on-premise, and SaaS environments.

You will oversee security, data integrity, and cross-channel integrations for our direct-to-consumer storefronts and B2B platforms, while maintaining uptime and performance in a fully on-site role at Mesa, AZ or Burbank, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; master’s and/or certifications preferred.
• Minimum ten years in IT with at least five in leadership; proven enterprise architecture experience.
• Lead architect for an enterprise tech stack; hands-on in ERP, WMS, and e-commerce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a cohesive technology stack spanning cloud, on-prem, and SaaS.
• Lead ERP and WMS implementations and integrations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, security, and data integrity.
• Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary IT team.
• Ensure uptime across digital storefronts and partner platforms.
