Innovative Skincare, home to the iS CLINICAL brand, is seeking an Ecommerce Operations & Merchandising Specialist to drive site merchandising, launches, and promotions across DTC, B2B, and select third-party partners. The role requires strong organization, detail orientation, and a passion for digital customer experiences.

The position is on-site in Burbank, CA, with a hybrid 2–3 days per week schedule. You will own daily execution, QA, and cross-functional coordination to scale the ecommerce

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of ecommerce experience focused on merchandising, operations, digital commerce, or related experience.
• Experience with premium beauty, skincare, or luxury brands preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Execute homepage, collection, category, landing page, and PDP merchandising updates across DTC and B2B/professional ecommerce.
• Manage onsite merchandising updates aligned with campaigns, launches, and inventory.
• Support promotional setup, codes, gifts with purchase, and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain ecommerce calendars, launch checklists, and timelines.
• Conduct site QA for pricing, promotions, inventory, and product information.
• Update onsite search, navigation, and product recommendations.
• Coordinate product setup for new launches and packaging changes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, IT, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service.
