Job summary

Range USA seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead the company’s IT strategy, architecture, and operations across multiple locations. You will guide infrastructure, web development, data solutions, and cybersecurity while partnering with executive leadership to drive growth.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable technology across store locations and online platforms. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 10+ years IT experience with 5+ in leadership.
• Experience managing IT in retail, multi-location or customer-facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, PCI DSS compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with Range USA's growth strategy.
• Lead IT planning, budgeting, and vendor/contract management.
• Directly manage IT managers across Infrastructure, Web Development, Data Solutions, and PMO.
