Job summary

Innovative Skincare, the home of the iS CLINICAL cosmeceutical line, is looking for a Director of Information Technology. This on-site role reports to the Chief People Officer and leads a team responsible for architecture, ERP/WMS deployments, and ecommerce integrations.

You will manage cloud, on‑premise, and SaaS ecosystems, ensure security and data integrity, and align IT with business goals across consumer and professional channels. Location options include Mesa, AZ or Burbank, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; master’s preferred and certifications appreciated.
• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in management or leadership roles.
• Proven lead architect for enterprise technology stacks and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architect for the company’s technology stack across cloud, on‑premise, and SaaS.
• Oversee ERP and WMS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Manage MS 365 ecosystem and cloud migration efforts.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Direct IT strategy, roadmaps, budgeting, and governance.
• Own e‑commerce architecture including DTC storefronts and B2B portals.
