Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Director, IT Delivery & Solutions to lead the technology delivery for customer support center operations. You will shape strategy, govern end-to-end architectures, and ensure scalable, secure solutions that meet business goals while balancing risk and cost.

This senior role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to advance bids, develop reference architectures, and drive delivery governance from opportunity through to production support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, IT leadership, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology implementations and customer-facing programs.
• Experience designing and delivering technology solutions for customer support centers or similar environments.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding of technology solutions, including costs and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technology leadership for customer support center solutions and related IT capabilities.
• Own end-to-end technology architectures for customer support center environments.
• Lead technical strategy and architecture for complex bids and customer opportunities.
• Govern technology delivery from opportunity development through deployment and operational transition.
• Manage relationships with customers and executive stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
