Job summary

Word & Brown Companies seeks a Director of Solutions Delivery to guide end-to-end technology delivery across SaaS, COTS, and custom applications. You will align with executives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive modernization, AI adoption, and secure, scalable solutions.

Lead architecture, integration programs, and DevSecOps practices while balancing speed, quality, and regulatory compliance in a hybrid/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, with 15+ years of progressive leadership in delivery.
• Experience delivering hybrid SaaS, COTS and custom solutions at scale.
• Knowledge of HIPAA-like regulated environments and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, design, and engineering.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives with complex dependencies and vendor teams.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with executives to translate strategy into technology roadmaps.
