Job summary

Word & Brown Companies in Orange, CA is seeking a Director of Solutions Delivery to lead end-to-end technical delivery of mission-critical business and digital solutions, including SaaS, COTS, and custom-built applications, ensuring interoperability and timely execution.

Reporting to the VP of IT, you will mentor delivery managers, collaborate with Architecture, Development, QA, IT Operations and business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps while maintaining security,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technical delivery, solutions design, architecture and engineering.
• AI, SCRUM, Cloud Solutions Architect certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of SaaS, COTS, and custom-built solutions.
• Oversee architecture, design, and engineering across multiple initiatives.
• Drive delivery velocity, quality, reliability, and security in line with compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Development & QA, IT Operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Manage vendor relationships and blended delivery models in a matrixed environment.
