Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for Automation and AI products.
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Design and enhance workflows with Epic EMR and enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle, IT, and vendors to align requirements.
- Mentor engineering and architecture teams, fostering innovation.
- Define KPIs and improve throughput with data-driven insights.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships.
