Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, strategy execution or management consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen linking transformation to value, growth and margin.
• Excellent executive communication and synthesis skills.
• Familiarity with international CRM/ERP environments and end-to-end processes.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing or B2B technology contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with prioritized initiatives and milestones.
• Act as senior integrator between International and Global Business Lines with governance mechanisms.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces across functions with clear accountability.
• Custodian of the NEMA International operating model for growth and acquisitions.
• Lead an executive Transformation Office managing portfolio governance and risks.
• Lead adoption of a new international org through change leadership and capability building.
