Job summary

DCCA, a veteran-owned IT services provider, seeks a Director of Business Development to lead all Intelligence sector BD activities from prospecting to award. You will build relationships with government customers, industry partners, and internal teams to grow the Intelligence portfolio.

Must have 5–10 years in engineering, program management, or government sales, a master's degree or equivalent experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.

• Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of engineering, program management, or government sales/marketing experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Intelligence agency BD activities from opportunity identification to award.
• Engage customers, manage relationships, and coordinate with industry partners.
• Develop market strategies and long-range business plans for the Defense & Intelligence portfolio.
• Develop and execute capture strategies and manage the pipeline.
• Provide capture and proposal support to win prime opportunities.
