Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Director within the Integrated Watershed Management domain to lead and coordinate technical capabilities across HDR's service lines. The role emphasizes collaboration with market sectors, business groups, and operations to ensure high-quality, multi-disciplinary work.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience, plus a track record in leadership and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Class or Professional Services leadership role.
• Experience working cooperatively with HDR business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships and coordinate with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Lead technical risk management through process and resource reviews and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee quality assurance and control processes with the Quality Manager.
• Develop and apply technical tools, standards and techniques to enhance service quality.
• Mentor and direct technical leaders to support HDR's mission.
