Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration is required for leadership roles overseeing technical design.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Committed to quality, HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build close working relationships with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead and participate in technical risk management and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee development and application of technical tools, standards, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate strategic hires within the business group and mentor technical leaders.
